I offer trauma therapy for individuals who are carrying the weight of anxiety, PTSD, complex trauma, chronic stress, addiction, grief, relationship challenges, chronic illness, or identity transitions. My approach is rooted in EMDR therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and nervous system regulation, Buddhist psychology, and mindful self-compassion. I believe that symptoms are not who you are — they are responses to what you’ve lived through. In our work together, we gently create a safe and respectful space to explore your experience, calm the nervous system, process trauma, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom and resilience.
